Important Neighbouring Construction Notice

A two-storey villa is currently being constructed directly beside The Elok Villas. Construction commenced in mid-2026 and is expected to continue until approximately mid-2027, although the timeframe may change.

Daytime construction noise, machinery, workers and additional dust are likely. As the neighbouring building rises, workers may also be visible from parts of the villa or have sightlines toward some outdoor areas. Privacy screening is being installed and adjusted, but complete privacy throughout all outdoor areas cannot be guaranteed during construction hours.

Our team will make every reasonable effort to minimise additional dust inside the villa through regular housekeeping. Guests may also request additional cleaning during their stay at no extra charge should construction dust become noticeable.

Rates have been significantly discounted to reflect these conditions. The villa is best suited to guests who expect to spend much of the daytime exploring Bali and enjoy the property during quieter periods.
